Group 1:
The guys competing in next week’s Ironhouse Classic worked up to a last warm-up set in the squats in their gear to work on form then shut it down. They finished with some light lower back assistance, abs and sled pulling. No deadlifting this week.
Group 2:
Us old guys did stability squats for doubles working up to 200 lbs + 330 lbs of hanging chains then a single with 240 lbs + the chains. The chains swing quite a bit so it’s tough tp keep from falling forward or backwards.
We then pulled conventional with the double choked minis for triples. Ltn Dan finished with 315 X 3 and I finished with 365 X 3
We then did some reverse hypers, sled pulling and ab work.

An elderly friend of mine recently had to contact Social Security and the VA about his wifes death. It took him an entire day dealing with the incompetent government workers. Just wait until we get health care. More incompetents, waste and fraud.
